Parking Jackpot & Property Deeds

When you spin the reels of the Monopoly Here and Now slot machine, you should look out for a couple of useful symbols. One is a Free Parking symbol and the other is any symbol which has a DEEDS card superimposed on the bottom right. Why bother looking out for these symbols? Because they can potentially help to make you rich, that’s why! Let’s take a look at each of them in turn so that we can explain how...

Free Parking Jackpot

You will recall that there is a Free Parking meter at the top left of the Monopoly Here and Now main screen. There are three meter readings and these are coloured red, orange and yellow. Every time you get a Free Parking symbol on an active pay line, the corresponding meter will increase according to the number on the symbol. For example, if you get an orange Free Parking symbol that reads +200 then 200 credits will be added to the orange meter.

You can’t win a Free Parking jackpot from the main screen, but must instead wait until you get to the Board Bonus Feature later on. At that stage, you could win any of the three meter readings in cold, hard cash. In the meantime, you are sure to get quite a thrill watching those meter readings reach larger and larger amounts!

Property Deeds Cards

At the top right of the Monopoly Here and Now screen is a small Monopoly board. This is a scaled down version of the board you will play in the Board Bonus Feature, but as we said earlier, it isn’t simply there for decoration. When you get three DEEDS symbols on any active pay line, one of the properties on your Monopoly board will be upgraded.

If you are betting 1, 2, 3 or 4 credits per pay line then the property will be upgraded with 1, 2, 3 or 4 apartments, accordingly. If you are playing the maximum of 5 credits per pay line then the property will be upgraded with a hotel. Properties are selected for upgrade at random, so if a specific property has already been upgraded, a second upgrade will be added to it. Once a property has been upgraded, the corresponding space on the monopoly board on the main gaming screen will turn red,

As with the Free Jackpot meters, you won’t be able to cash in on your upgraded properties until you reach the Bonus Board Feature, but watching the board at the top right of the gaming screen slowly get more and more red spaces is a great way to pass the time.
